Sure.. he could make a game that's relative...but he'd have to do so that it wouldn't infringe on intellectual properties. In doing so he'd be alienating himself. (Get it?) January 7, 201511 yr Showing a piece of gameplay is just like showing a video of any other product, like a lamp. It is still not a lamp. The problem could only be in showing a video-only, non-interactive product, like a movie. IMO.
