This has been a fav web page of mine. But this is it. I'm done. Taking this off my favorites, I won't be back. If I ever want to see promotional crap about 'D' level games I'll be sure to come back.

This used to be a real strategy gaming news webpage. Did one of these goofy little kiddy game companies BUY THIS WEBPAGE to promote their products?

I remember when this was a real web page for strategy gamers. That was quite awhile ago.

Yes, I'm dying to use my smokin hot PC gaming machine to play a cell phone game.

If the company's track record is anything to go on this will be a buggy disaster which is not fun to play even after repeated patches. I'm done with Stardock and Brad 'If you don't like how we do things go screw yourself' Wardell.

I think it significant that there are so many 're-create classic old games' projects nowadays. Many years ago I coined the phrase 'golden balance' to describe a game that was very playable and just lots of fun. It might be a game where you could learn, say, four spells. Of course the sequel turns out and you can learn eight spells. Or sixteen, better yet! No, not really. I think most games these days come nowhere near that 'golden balance' of playability. That's why this pre-occupation with twenty year old games that WERE FUN. We're nostalgic for having fun playing a game. That's a sad commentary on today's game developers.

Parting the darkness at a peaceful time they say those offerings, packaged as they are in this third free add-on to their Endless Space 4X strategy game, named Lights of Polaris, are the produce of the work of Expert Light Fabricators. Seriously? Who writes this stuff?

Game announcements with zero gameplay images don't really make much of an impression, do they?

Getting tired of kickstarter. Getting tired of DLC. It's either pay for it before its finished or pay for it after you've paid for it.

A 2d, turn-based strategy game with a unique art style? I'm all over this like bronze on a doorknob. This is the most interesting looking new game I've seen in years.

I'm having trouble paying $59 for a game. Maybe I'll wait for the gold edition in a year that will have more content and fewer bugs. The game I'm really waiting for is Xenonauts. But that's going to be a looooong wait.

I like historical games. I'd be interested in buying this. But then I look at the screenshots and see the teeny, tiny, teeny, tiny fonts. WTF is with pretty much every game developer? Do they think its fun squinting to read the information on these screens? I'm kind of giving up on PC games for this reason.

I don't remember the name. It was some sort of online action/combat/rpg thing and the servers crashed and crashed and crashed. A major fail. Anyone remember what it was called?

Their last two game releases have been epic fails. I mean like 'Pacific Strike' epic. Will be interesting to see if they can do better this time.
