  1. Sorry to disagree full auto but the ammo sanctioned for use in UN assault rifles and police force MP5s and handguns is designed to pierce and run straight through the body causing as little damage as possible apart from hydrostatic shock which knocks the victim to the floor - wounding them without killing them. Other types of ammo (dum-dums for instance) are specifically designed to enter the body and fragment; damaging as much internal tissue and organs as possible and leaving lots of shards of metal in the hope that the victim will suffer crippling injuries or death. A shoot to wound policy was in effect for most Western police forces until suicide bombers came into the equation - there was even a discussion about this on one of the news shows a few days ago, in the last few days and weeks the UK Police chief constables organisation has secured a shoot to kill policy from the government, though really it's a precaution against shooting into the body which could lead to rounds hitting detonators and accidentally setting off a suicide bombers explosives. Even this is unlikely, since detonators are so small, usually able to fit into the palm of your hand - and there aren't many types of explosives that can be detonated simply by passing a bullet through them. Anyway, shoot to wound was until recently the standard order for police marksmen.
  2. What do puns have to do with anything you yellow bellied poltroon!?!? clickmeplzkthxbai
  3. I think those are completely different from this situation. I think you're implying that a country could try anyone for a crime against their country, whereas in this case the UK is trying an Afghan man for crimes in his own country, rather than in UK. I think this is fair if the crimes are bad enough. Lets face it, would he be likely to face prosecution at home?
  4. All of you get out of my thread, right now. DON'T YOU TARDS FORGET THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO FOUND OUT ABOUT 9-11!!!!1 etc, etc...
  5. Sadly it seems Mr.Shaw is merely a very good Troll, I was hoping (and thought) he was genuine. "John Gobin Shaw, Leroy Jenkins, Nid05 and Ceicil from Everquest are the Choas Gods taken digital form with forums acting as thier corrupted Realm or 'Aethyr' on the Internet (Which exists parallel to our own physical plane). They scheme, corrupt and even possess unprotected posters, bursting forth into the material world. Fear not citizens, the Inq...Microsoft Corperation will deal with all unregulated internet activities and ensure only the pure applications are ever used or compatible." The Real question is the supposed exhistance of the one grand chaotic being of whom the four aspects form. But more troubling is where does this mysterious "Arxhon" fit into all of this..." I read that somewhere else, and coupled with the seemingly vast amounts of forums he's visited I can't help but agree.
  6. What are you doing to MY thread!? Piss off!
  7. Post 19 is by far the best I was cackling so hard I nearly fell off of my chair.
  8. http://thorntree.lonelyplanet.com/messagep...=2&showall=true Sorry about the huge link, but I love it, it starts out so innocently and well.. you'll see. I didn't think people like this actually existed.
  9. I saw a documentary recently about a slaughter house. I don't know what I was expecting but for some reason i felt revolted - not at what happened there but at the attitudes of the workers. Maybe I'm naive but somehow I expected them to be maybe a little rueful or quiet about their job, but most of them seemed to enjoy it. Though, in fairness the documentary seemed intent on showing the worst aspects of a slaugherhouse. I doubt they showed the whole story.
  10. My dad has tiny little scars on the outside of his hands where he had and extra finger on each one, sadly the humourless teutons at the hospital cut them off. How cool would it be to have six fingers on each hand!? Sometimes he scratches them, saying the fingers 'itch' oO I suppose it's like when people say they can still feel limbs that have been amputated. Sadly I was born with no defects, apart from my brain, obviously.
  11. then tough shit this is fox news after all, that alone makes him guilty. Of what i'm not quite sure...

  14. A blitz survivor is apparently quoted as saying: "I've been blown up by a better class of bastard than this." I love this country
  15. Wouldn't you just love a dog with six legs though? Great way to pick up girls when walking him in the park. Shame he's being wasted with monks, I doubt they go picking up women often.
  16. Six-Legged Puppy Found in Malaysia June 19, 2005 3:25 AM EDT KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - A puppy with six legs and two penises was found sleeping outside a Chinese temple in a Malaysian town, and devotees are treating the freak find as a good omen, a news report said Sunday. The furry puppy with brown patches was sleeping at the temple entrance on Thursday morning when it was spotted by a temple caretaker, said the Star newspaper, which published the animal's picture clearly showing the extra two legs and the additional organ. "He (the caretaker) lifted the canine to place it elsewhere and was shocked to see that the puppy had six legs," the Star quoted the Kwang Sung Temple committee member Tee Kim Huat as saying. The temple is in Pandamaran town, south of Kuala Lumpur near Port Klang. The puppy, believed to have been left there by someone, is being cared for by the temple committee, Tee said. He said devotees feel that the unusual dog is a bearer of good fortune and have named him Ong Fatt, or the Lucky One. The temple committee has obtained a dog-rearing permit from the Klang Municipal Council to keep the puppy as a pet Source: http://thestar.com.my/news/story.as...2103&sec=nation http://img126.imageshack.us/img126/8341/dog9vd.jpg Source: http://www.boingboing.net/2005/06/2...six_legs_t.html He looks so happy, who can blame him?
  17. You just wait for the conspiracy theories to start, they're always the best part of any tragedy.
  18. I find it strange that images of the explosions aren't on TV, subway stations and most of London is watched by CCTV, I'd imagine at least some of the blasts were captured on video.
  19. Portsmouth station's closed, controlled explosion at Brighton, it's all going crazy
  20. That's interesting actually, I wonder what else we can expect.
  21. I think they're saying it was bombs in rucksacks like in Madrid.
