Read on Eurogamer "Activision is being particularly vigilant about their Call of Duty videos lately; issuing strikes on videos showing glitches. He doesn't' have the rights to the series. Sure.. he could make a game that's relative...but he'd have to do so that it wouldn't infringe on intellectual properties.
