Bedlam - a thoroughly uncooperative card game

Bedlam is a chaotic and hilarious card game in which you strive to keep your sanity while scaring your friends to death!

A game for 2 – 4 players, with over 180 unique cards, which is easily taught and yet surprisingly deep with emergent strategy.

The world of Bedlam is a crazy, scary place, in which you are trying your darndest to stay Brave and Sane. Meanwhile your psychotic opponents want nothing more than to see you fail – they steal your Stuff, burn your cards, strengthen your Enemies and then, to cap it all off, hit you in the face with a Double Edged Broom Handle.

So, be uncooperative and, in doing so, help the mates down under by Kickstarting Bedlam.

Ah, I see, you meant "Blizzard would disagree with you", ok.

  • Nope! That took a bit of a jump!   Conquest and Blindside were already successful, I remember, but I think they deserve to be watched, the games should be good.

Being Kickstarted here.

Frankly I feel there is something deeply wrong with this project. It has gone over all the boundaries of good taste, it holds more money it is possible to spend responsibly and sparingly, it promises heaven and means to deliver a game. And it has some economic ideas, very new to the games. Or anything really. Ok, I understand preordering. But these guys have gone a step further from preordering - they held a fucking sale of ships. A sale of goods that has never seen the light of game... blackness of e-space. Not that this is that much different from preordering, but still... WTF?! If nothing else, it is a spit in the face of all the previous buyers who had not had a chance to use that same ship, ever.

2:06 is that Angry Joe? :D Nice artwork - really beautiful.... but a gameplay vidoe would be nice. I'm struggling to either fund them or not.

Edit:

Nevermind the gameplay just found the "tutorials" on the Kickstarter - by the way - they have nice survey :D It even contains russians and lost puppy :D

Festival of Magic is an original adventure role-playing game where the players must fight and farm their way to glory.

Festival of Magic is a throwback to the classic Japanese RPGs of yore, but puts a spin on the formula by fusing harvesting with turn-based combat.

In the game you join Amon, a desert scavenger, and his reluctant companion Gnart, as they unravel the ancient mysteries of Umbra - a world that has stopped spinning and is now divided by the forces of technology and magic.

The game combines turn-based combat and farming gameplay with exploration and puzzle-packed quests. Grow spuds, tend barnacles and use your harvest as powerful ammunition and spells; load your weapons, team up your companions and get ready for a grand adventure!
