Graphics card

Ok, I've spent quite some time lately trying to record some movies through X-Fire (tried other programs as well) and I'm at a loss. So much at a loss actually that I'm starting to wonder if it is possible that my GFX card is crapping out on me.

Here, a short flickering clip:

This is messing ALL my attempts to record a SotS battle vid... Even recording a video update can take multiple tries. I tried many capture options, varied FPS, many quality settings (both in game and video capture), even reinstalled the game, nothing seems to work. Funny enough, the game runs completely normal, I don't think I noticed anything out of place.

So my question is whether it is possible that there is some component of video card (or other HW, perhaps it has something to do with motherboard) that is somehow responsible for recording and has died?

I'm glad you fixed it. :(

As for vsync : I don't have CCC (but I do have ATI 4850), but it should be in CCC - graphics - 3D - 'Wait for vertical refresh' and and set it on the 'quality - allways on'.
