I bought Aftershock in Sweden and I can't cheat with enable_system_console=true on my game because I don't know where the tilde button is located on the swedish _R.keyboard and explain how to enter enable_system_console=true in command menu please?

Obviously, you shouldn't be cheating to begin with. But simply look for a button with a lable that looks like this: ~.

 

That's your Tilde key. Does your Swedish keyboard even have one of those?

Activate cheat mode:

Right click the UFO: Aftershock desktop icon, after click on properties and add the

following command line parameter in target field: --options enable_system_console=true

 

example: C:\Games\CENEGA\UFOAftershock\UFO.exe --options enable_system_console=true

 

Must be a space between the added words and the target destination path.

Save and normally start the game. During gameplay now you can bring up the

system console by pressing the " ` " button on keyboard.

 

 

Now you can enter one of the following codes in the command line and edit nearly

all settings by only opening the System Console.

 

 

? - List of all possible codes

win_mission - Instantly win mission

untouch - Immortal solders

full_heal - All units healed

add_resource #, #, #, # - Additional Resources

It is not the symbol of the key that matters, but the "location" on the QWERTY keyboard layout. The key in question is the one "bellow" the letter 'P' to the right of the letter 'L'. The symbol in it changes from country to country.

 

In the spanish version, this key would be our beloved 'Ñ' (the N with a strange hat for those who can't see the symbol)
