Thorondor Posted March 10, 2015 Report Share Posted March 10, 2015 In Exilium is a 3D, "isometric" hack and slash RPG with an emphasis on minimalistic design and player discovery. It is a simple, exploration driven experience, comprised of action based combat, character attribute customization and random item generation to accommodate many diverse play styles. There are many enemies and bosses to defeat as well as plenty of puzzles to solve and secrets to explore. There is no hand-holding throughout the game, no other characters, no mindless quests, everything must be discovered by the player. :: To become available on Steam come March 13th. The arena is a four-stage gauntlet where players are pitted against the computer with a line-up of over 30 different opponents and 7 different bosses which can be fought over and over again. Players will earn gold, equipment, and exclusive PVE reward cards that they can use to upgrade their decks. Or, players can head to the auction house to buy and sell their new gear. With almost 200 unique rewards to collect, and a large variety of opponent strategies and passive skills, campaigns through the arena will vary, and require different tactics every time! Players will need to survive in a hostile galaxy with their own custom designed and constructed starship. Space is vast but you wont have to face it alone, other players will be able to join your ship and help out, or build their own rival fleet and fight you across the galaxy. :: Presently in pre-alpha and available for download the game will be seeking Greenlighting here.
