I certainly think it ranks up there, but UFO still has the position inmy books, probably because I like building bases and researching stuff too.

 

Still, as far as the missions themselves, and the whole 3D thing, this is definately the best yet!

Finished it?? You've got to be joking ... I was up till 3am last night just doing one mission! This is one of those awful games that is so damn good you have to do, 'just one more turn'

 

I am also a thinker, so I play totally turn based and take my time (shits my friends of when playing hotseat games - in the past anyway, haven't tried SS yet)

 

So yeah a mission with me is taking 4 to 5 hours at least, the random mission though are short & sweet, good for a filler before dinner.

 

So i've done about 3 main missions so far.

i also take a lot of time playing games with such a strategic base as this one. even on the small demo maps i can spend 2 hours on each!

 

i can't wait for the full game to get in from belgium sometime in october (hopefully). just the game's single player campaign will last much longer than most games.

you know, i have over 30 saves for just the demo. most on the allie mission. and none of the saves are from the same mission attempt- i just have tons of different set ups that i never stop playing.
