Can someone please put together a list of characters in the squad and around the base and whatnot? I'm off to work again now so can't do it myself! Would make reviving the Apocalypse fic much easier as people wouldn't have to start from scratch!

 

For anyone who's not quite sure what's been going on lately here's a catch-up;

 

The Cult of Sirius is currently a bigger problem than the aliens,

Air battles have caused extreme damage to the city recently,

The Senator is corrupt and in league with the Cult but noone knows this 100%,

The senator is attempting to close down XCom,

Alpha base has recently been destroyed by a Cult of Sirius attack,

This same attack saw the Cult's air force destroyed by Bravo base craft,

A survivor from Alpha base has turned up in Alpha base (mentioned in last post),

There was recently much ado in the senate building where Warlord and Tammy were hospitalised,

Pete has taken temporary command of the base,

Doc lost his position as tactician by sending Trigger as a scout,

Trigger lost his eyesight in this scenario but has since had clone-surgery to repair them,

Doc was reinstated as tactician for the destruction of the Cult's air force,

A large UFO was just downed in the city centre causing more damage there,

Megapol have suffered heavy losses due to attempted UFO interceptions,

Alien troops were beamed into Superdynamics in the last encounter,

The UFO has been cleared, Superdynamics is the fics current mission,

 

So let's get this fight out of the way so our boys can have a well earned rest! The action seems to have been non-stop for weeks now in fic-time!

 

This well predates the UFO fic and it needs to be shown the respect it deserves! Come on guys lets raise the dead!

Discussion and conversation isn't really for the Char profiles, so I'll keep this breif. By all the characters in the list, do you mean everyone in this thread or everyone mentioned in the fic?

Nonetheless you're right so I also shall keep it brief. I'm thinking about base personnel and squad members including those who died in previous missions and if possible how they did die! I imagine people would like a reminder of who's who in the senate as well, I'm not too sure I remember myself!

Personality and Character History:

John spent his childhood in the slums watching Diablo and Psyke war with one another. As he grew up, he became determined to stop such wars happening again, and to stop the destruction they left on innocent lives, so he joined MegaPol at twenty after training hard to be accepted. When the Alien War started though, he was shot and injured trying to stop a group of Spitters from attacking the station where he worked. Upon recovering from his wounds, he offered his services to X-Com, finding that his station had been one of the damaged buildings.
