August 16, 20178 yr What's the point of playing this when everything you can know before it's release?
August 16, 20178 yr Author @silencer: prior knowledge is power, no doubt, but how you do in actual play is a different matter. Remember the RNG! ::
August 17, 20178 yr Yes, but what about the excitement of the unknown? You meet the chosen one and if you know what he can do you will be like meh, I'll just do that and disable his powers for the fight.
August 17, 20178 yr I'm with Silencer on this one, though I'm sure it is a thought-through marketing strategy.
August 17, 20178 yr Author @SV: also, nobody is forcing anyone to watch spoiler vids... :: Here's TotalBiscuit's look at War of the Chosen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0j1T9Vp57c
August 17, 20178 yr @SV: also, nobody is forcing anyone to watch spoiler vids... Flesh is weak... Though not so according to Thulsa Doom. No wonder he got killed by Conan. I don't know how I remembered Thulsa, usually I have no flashbacks and live in bliss.
August 17, 20178 yr Author @SV: I shall respond in kind - to you I say, remember the riddle of steel. It isn't until his father's sword is broken that Conan realizes the true answer to the riddle: all the power of both steel and flesh come from one's beliefs. Flesh grows weak. Steel becomes brittle. But the will is indomitable. ::
August 17, 20178 yr Yes I do avoid them, but it's irritating being bombarded left right and center as if it was USA at war.
August 22, 20178 yr Author :: Learn about an exciting new way to experience tactical combat with the new Challenge Mode feature in XCOM 2: War of the Chosen.
August 22, 20178 yr I predict cheaters who will use console commands or other cheat engines to boost the score sky high.

August 25, 20178 yr Your next post in this topic better be: "StrategyCore's Thorondor tells us what he thinks about XCOM2: War Of The Chosen". Possible? Or pipe dream? I can wish! - Zombie
August 25, 20178 yr Author @Zombie: what have you been smoking again? I think the consensus is quite clear already, really - this is pretty much an epic expansion.
