That was inspiring . Far better than my "~40 plasma cannon base defense". It was my first base-defense,and I forgot to keep enough lasers in-base.And in the equipment screen I see ~40 plasma cannons.I armed everyone with one,and put them by the door,waiting for the unfortunate chrysalids to come out. You should know what happened then,I would be surprised if you don't.

It works fine on my 1.7Ghz Win98SE- you just set a lower scroll/X-Com movement/Alien movement speed, and it works.

I think they do.I remember I once had a "ship-cleaning" mission in TFTD,and one of my rookies fell off a balcony and died. But maybe it's only in TFTD and not in UFO. If they would'nt take falling damage,these terror missions could be far easier,I could just drop around their camping spots...

Kazaa is'nt technically illegal.... I'll share it if my Kazaa works- I liked the sectoid sketch with "eyes serve no purpose",and it gave me a strange thought-maybe that's where sectoids keep their grenades? Maybe that's why their head is so large?

Most of my missions were either unspectacular losses or effortless victories. By effortless I mean missions with 1-5 sectoids\floaters,or nothing-a fatal crash. But I'm working on it...
