These would be the ones from Apoc I think. Lobstermen can't stand those something missiles (forgot name) after all. The rest can't either. In air combat though... EDIT: I just realized you meant a single alien... Micronoids?
My way for dealing with entropy launchers is simple. When an agent gets hit, he best thing to do is drop all your equipment and armor, and run to the nearest exit. Then I try killing the launcher...does'nt always work...
It does sound like it stopped in the middle of a track or something not that I understand these things much (so I'm waiting for someone who does to respond).
Hmm... There are different types of atoms, different types of systems, different types of galaxys... There may also be a different type of life. Life as we know it is just another "form" though. I have to write that down. There's no end to that anyway. (Why don't you go discuss the afterlife instead? should be easier)
The "ET Question" as you call it is an open one, like all other questions are and will always be. We have no way of really knowing anything. we can't compare our "area" to others. To make it easier to explain (I really have no other way) I give you a three simple questions. It's not something I know myself. 1. What is the difference between "Alive" and "Not-Alive"? Heh, I forgot the other two... Answer that, THEN tell me the requirements for "Life".
I don't know much about that either, but from some reason I don't think it's necessary to edit the registery file (!) . Win98 has an interface (right word? ) for that.
Things that were "proven" right could always be "proved" wrong again. "Proof" is a reflection of our judgement, and since we can't judge, we can't prove either. *Copies and pastes in a more appropriate forum* "Dead obvious"? It could be proved, disproved, proved, then disproved again, and again, and again... EDIT: Not that I want to clutter this topic with my  . Make a new one if you must.
<<==== I want to see those "requirements of life". Now, I really don't want to annoy you all with my own views, but I have to say these two things: 1. We're all probably somehow closed-minded. 2. We have no way to know what these "requirements" are, since we have only seen one, STS, "form" of life. We can't judge. Or maybe it's just me being stupid. Who knows?
It has to be Viking 2,but for the purpose of fun we will pretend it is'nt. ------------------------------------------ Could've been a nice X-Com logo that...
Well, you could throw the smoke grenades at the Commander's head... Also,I usually have my Skyranger full of unnecessary guns and explosives... not intentionally,I just forget to remove them. So I almost never run out of ammo, before I lose.
