alrite i just got x-combugfix091 from here and i can't get the bug fix working and it says on the readme to put up the name of the execute file name up well here is it (terrorcd ms-dos batch file)

there's a bug in EU that when soldiers go uncounsious fomr a grenade hit there's no corpse present and you stillg et htem back at the end of the mission.

thanks for your help bb an yea with EU it's everything is squished and yea i just play the game how it is it's not too hard to adjust to. As for TFTD i'll try reintalling it and ten putting the utilty on and see how it goes once again thanks for your help.

game runs fine without the compatabilities but still has that problem crashing and also i think it's the first version. Oh yea since i'm askinf i've got EU collectors widtin sound and music and the game work fine but there's jsut one problem the sising of it one the screen is messed up like it doesn't use the whole screen it just uses a small bar across the monitor and i've turned off directdraw and it helps with the messed up colours but not the screen sizing.

well i play the game on 95 compatabilty mode and i have visual themes and advanced text services turned off a for version of the game i wouldn't know how to check it, but i've tried turning off direct draw and it didn't make a diffrence. My computer is 2.8ghz and is running on windows xp home editon. Oh and when it crashes it just exits out the game no messages of anything.

would have been good to know tat 10 years ago but atleast i know next time.

what were those big dinosaur things that used to hang around the tasoths during terror missions cause i rember first encountrng them was unsettling cause i only had gauss pistols rifles and magna blasts.

i'm surprised none of the ultima series being there i rember ultima being a big game back in the 90's.

hey my copy of tftd keeps crashing at random points in the game usally when in tactical mode i don't know what causes it and if anyone could give me any advice or help ould be greatly appriciated. oh i've alredy read the faq an trid som of the thig s there

hey i'm new to the x-com forums and it's great to see the series is still well liked by alot of people. Anyway my first Scary moment was on tftd when i was about 6 or 7 but i rember the lobster men used to scare me and i just wouldn't bother with the mission because of the fact you couldn't kill those damn things with out sonic weapons and the bio-drones that used to hang around them were something i didn't like either.
