  1. I had the dissappearing enemy once with a grenade attack. He had climbed into a tree, and I could only hear him. I had Nessie frag him with a M24, and the pistol and ammo came down, but no body. The next bad guy I killed with a rifle then had two bodies around him, and I'm pretty sure that I only killed one. :?
  2. I believe that this is because there are some missions that require you to carry a body out of the combat. That action is not checked until you actually leave. Kind of annoying, as I like to clean out the entire sector before moving on, and on those missions, you can never really be sure that they are all dead.
  3. I found them first with a green squad. They chewed me up before I even found more than one of them. The next time I entered that sector, I went strait to turned based, and with two grenadiers started lobbing grenades in a path in front. Limbs and bodies rolled. There wasn't much left of the sector when I was done, as I had brought plenty of grenades. My guy's experience went up 3 or 4 points each for that level alone. I was so tired of seeing those guys that I left the Katana and throwing stars, as I don't usually use melee weapons.
  4. A good soldier with one of those green energy guns always works for me. I take the ammo from the tan PKs to use in the gun. Never run out that way. Just find a handy corner to hide behind to reload, and a couple of turns does each one in.
  5. I used grenades to take out the PKs on that mission too. When my good fragmentation grenades ran out, I just hunted around for the M39s and various RPGs that are in the crates.
  6. The game destruction physics do seem a bit much. A couple of bursts from a MP40 and a stone wall is reduced to nothing, and shooting the legs off a guard tower is much faster than trying to hit the sentry above. He just falls to his death when the tower falls.
  7. I had the same problems. There is a button in one corner of the room that I tried activating, shooting, and such. No luck. I also tried to find a remote switch to get the bars up, with no luck. The path finding code here is beyond frustrating... Couldn't find a way around it. I had also left a couple of good weapons in the previous part of the factory, thinking that I could return. One of them was my silenced sniper rifle ... Just moved on
