@ Matkal Hello Neighbour! I use the English Version too. And the CRC Calculator from Binmann. Got no Win32-Error... Hold down "SHIFT" and try all Buttons... Sorry but can't help U further more...

@Matkal May I ask U where do U live? The Cheats work! That's for sure!! Did U try it in the GEOSCAPE View or in TACTICAL?? Cuz in GEOSCAPE view no console will appear but a Cursor like using M$ WORD. Only in TACTICAL Missions will the Console appear. But if U can't use the cheats further on, cheack out some of BINMANS Editors - with 'em U can easyly change the Stats of all your Soldiers!

@ All Guys out there havin' trouble with the Keyboard-layout There ARE Cheat! The Cheats written above work! All of 'em! I have had difficulties too activatin' the console but figured out... I'm living in Germany and using a German Keyboad - just hittin' "SHIFT" + "Ö" and the console appears! "Ö" is the Button rightside of "L"! (Cuz most Countries doesn't know that OE is Ö in Germany and other Countries having german languages!) It doesn't matter if U change the Country-settings from EU to UK/ USA. It's the same with other Games havin' a "console" for cheating to be opened by Combinations of ALT + ^ or SHIFT + ~ or something like that!
