Indexed effects and equipment (UFO: AL modding)

Description

These spreadsheets contain the indexed versions of effect.txt and equipment.txt. They are handy if you plan to modify UFO: Afterlight. In the words of ShadoWarrior:

One AL file will give you an index ID to data in a second file. This number is an offset of entries (beginning with zero, not 1) from the top of the other file downwards. The problem is that in the second file, each entry may span from a half-dozen to several dozen lines of text, with the number of data lines per entry likely being inconstant. So, other than by manually counting (which is what we'd have to otherwise do without such handy spreadsheet tables) down from the top (or reverse count from the bottom if that was shorter) there was no easy way to find what you were looking for (because often you didn't know the name of some text string you could search on to more quickly find the appropriate data entry).
