Compare.DAT 2.0

Description

This is the new version of my Compare.DAT program that allows you to choose two files and compare the contents. It's essentially the program I used to figure out what meant what in the game files of X-COM. Now includes a stop feature in case the comparing process takes too long.

There are two ways I know of to break it:

1. Choose two files whose size together are greater than your available memory. This shouldn't happen, but it is possible.
2. Exit while it's comparing. It doesn't like to do that.
