CEM Tech Tree

Description

This is an app that might help with the Technology Tree.
It uses a Data Base build on the .txt file in this forum but I only spent 3 hours on converting it to from .txt to .xml so it is not complete.
If you like it and find it to be useful please tell me so on the forum and I'll spend another 2-3 hours this weekend to populate it even more.
If any of you want to help me populate it (I have little time) it's as easy as writing "fish". So post here that you want to help and have some fun (it can be done in Microsoft Windows Note Pad).
