Avatar mod. (Inspired by tubal)

Description

Firstly this mod incorporates some of Tubal's work as a base, I take no credit for the human blue armor skins and cyborg red camo skin as this is specifically his work. I wish to know if he approves of his work being used in this mod, if not this mod will be removed upon his say so.

I can never resist tinkering with a game if the tools are there, especially when there are some superb mods already available to draw inspiration from. Originally this was a personal project and I didnt intend to publish it, but I ended up putting so much time into it that I thought I'd share it.
This mod changes the look of: armor, weapons, mutants, drones, human, cyborgs, psionics, equipment and accesories. Also adds new portraits and characters into the game.
