I had lined up to assualt a house during a terror mission when I got shelled for three consecutive turns whithout being able to find out where form. After reloading an older save I discovered it was a grenadier that could only be seen when kneeling. And since all my guys were watching the wrong direction he snuck behind me and wrecked havoc.
