capturing in other missions

hi all,

i have been playing AL for the past week, but have come across some sort of a block, since i don't have any more "Capture enemy unit" missions, which is required for further research .

 

my question is if i can simply capture an enemy unit while doing another mission other than "Kill all enemy units" ?

I fear that you can capture an ennemy unit only when while capture missions.

Missions after a while refresh , if you see no cature missions in actual ones, wait until a capture mission pop.

it's a bad feature. you should be able to capture easily. especialy in base defence missions.

when i've been playing, i've found that any time i finish a mission with enemies unconscious but not dead, and i don't load the UFO so much i wouldn't have room for a bit more than one more corpse, it auto captures them. all i've had capture missions for are Beastman Alchemists, but i've 'interrogated' Soldier, Alchemist, Shaman, Captain, and a Reticulan Soldier.

 

it could be a function of difficulty setting, i'm on Easy, because i'm lazy and my computer's crap.

This is more a bug related to the game marking as captured a different unit type than the one that was the target in the mission. Nothing to do with the space available in the UFO boot.
