Slaughter
Contest Winners:Our desktop contest is finally over. The winners have been picked by the users of our forums through a poll, and they are Bastiaan, Skadizzle and Hiccup. They will all get a signed UFO:Aftermath T-Shirt in the mail soon (could you ask for a better Christmas present?). Here's a few pictures of the price (positively one of the coolest T-Shirts ever!): https://www.ufoaftermath.co.uk/Contests/Pictures/TShirtFrontSmall.jpg https://www.ufoaftermath.co.uk/Contests/Pictures/TShirtBackSmall.jpg I would also like to use this opportunity to thank everyone that participated in the contest! You have helped increase the number of Aftermath desktops exponentially, and we are grateful for that! I would also like to ask everyone what you want next? Suggested contests are knowledge, write character background, make fan-site kit, make screensaver and so on. Feel free to suggest anything you like! Official modding tools:As many of you know, the Aftermath fans have already made some modding tools. But ALTAR is working on the official ones, and they want to know what documentation you want. You can read the thread made by Martin Klima of ALTAR interactive here, and add requests for the documentation. If you have some features you'd like to see in the modding tools themselves, you can suggest them in this thread. And while you are waiting for the official ones, you can always play with the fan-made ones from our mods section. FPC:Now we'll have a little mind experiment. First of all, close your eyes and think back. Think FAR back to the days of Doom. Picture the midi music we all love in the background, and yourself running around with the shotgun. Then click the first of these thumbnails: https://www.ufoaftermath.co.uk/Mods/Pictures/FirstPerson1thumb.jpg https://www.ufoaftermath.co.uk/Mods/Pictures/FirstPerson2thumb.jpg That's right! FIRST PERSON CAMERA is here! This is the first version of it, and it still need loads of work, but looks pretty fantastically cool anyway! It is made by the eminent mr Q, and it will be available for download here soon. Stay tuned for a update on this as soon as we have added it to the mods section! Slaughter
Yes, if you use Alpine, you can use it with the rebalance mod. Or you can rename the file to cameracfg.vfs, and use it with rebalance
