His parents designed sensovision and he sold the plans to Psyke (Psiclones). He ripped off alpha base because it was fudged, and he is at the other base (Bravo base?) because he was transferred (dont ask me how) He found the letter on his desk from the government. he has a lot of money (cut from Sensovision and Psyke and a bit of a criminal). There's still an alliance with the mutants looming but the Cult is probably weakened enough for the mutants to be able to renounce the treaty. The senator is still evil but noone knows that yet. Also the major that came to the base has just increased our funding as much as he can. There's the aftermath of the battle in the streets of Mega Primus to clean up and Doc is about to get back his position as head tactician along with Trigger getting something or other Didn't think about what at the time so that's up to whoever wroites Doc's bit!
