X-COM Apocalypse You knew it was coming. No, not the end of all things, that's not news for us - what we have the pleasure of reporting today is a much anticipated open source remake of Mythos Games' X-COM Apocalypse, dubbed OpenApoc. http://www.strategycore.co.uk/site/assets/files/7029/news-thumbnail_openapoc_rvl_bnr.jpg If you want to help bring this about you're welcome to do so by heading out to the game's official site, the dedicated forums or just keep up with things through this Facebook page. We have word that v0.1 will be released this very month to kick things off, but there are plans for much more further down the line such as support for mods and higher resolutions, so fear not the future and make haste to embrace it instead!
