XP is also no longer supported by MS as well. As far as assault goes, i'll try the heavies again tonight. no big loss if they die anyway, since the snipers are the backbone of my squads

Tried that, but i really like "run and gun" and "lightning reflexes" my snipers do 90% of the killing anyway

Voted equalizer, some things are better, some things are missing, but since i already have like 15+ hours of gametime on it since friday evening it does most of the things right. and thats more than i can say about my gameplay.. 8th game started on classic ironman, i refuse to play any other way. even if i get wiped out. first game i lasted 3 missions Currently running 2 snipers with squad sight 2 support and 2 assaults. old school snipes in the back with archangel and plasma. they kill verything. always the 2nd highest in rank and the lowest in rank.

yeah standard clone recipe, always add half a bottle of wodka to the cloning vat Poor Pete, gave his life, got blown to pieces for it

Ah yes, the ever fearfull snakemen terror missions. Reminds me of the scene in Aliens where they are stuck inside the colony and the guys freaks out because all he's watching is the motion sensor

Not really, 4 interceptors with fusion ball launchers can beat 1 as well :X Depending on my current psi strenght and finances i prefer to lose 2 intercepters over having to do a base defense against certain races.

Even when making enough money by selling heavy plasma's i tend to use 1 factory (about 50 to 100 engineers) for mainly producing canons and selling them (using extender with the autosell ) due to unforseen costs (like replacing interceptors due to battleship losses) or Plasma losses due to high deaths on terror missions where HE are being handed out like candy

nah i struggle enough at the moment just on superhuman ^^; landscapes are awesome, actually make the terror missions enjoyable, even if there are crysalids >_<

I always end up with an urge to click the action bar on the video (like save tu for autoshot or press end turn), then again finding out it will only pause the video

1 week of deserts at the base cantine say I bite the dust on the first mission like a babyface redshirt :/ dibs on cloning vat #16 btw >_<

UFO:EU handsdown Even with all it's bugs and flaws (that are now easily fixed) it was my first xcom game and the best TFTD was fun but basicly i found it a replica with some fixed bugs, it is more challenging though, but some things just really make me like UFO:EU way better.

This is an awesome read Yeah new to these forums, but been playing x-com for ages though. came here looking to find that uniform/armor color mod ^^ and found it. fun story, about as fun as watching a good let's play. If you got any room left sign me up for a tour, prefer dual wield laser pistols but you don't use that mod so heavy laser is also fine. you can use me as a rusher, being carefull is for pussies, besides the cloning vat's need to be used or else they will get rusty ^^
