  1. Despite meant for teenagers I had the unpleasantness of watching this with some 8 year olds in the cinema (not mine, some random kids). Stupid jerks had to comment on everything... I personally took this film as average. Maybe I'm too old for this shit, but there were so many mistakes, so many stupid things, not to mention the entire lore went out through the window and there is no bottom.
  2. Well that would be a thing if there would be Transport Tycoon with day/night cycles. I can only offer The Cole Train.
  3. So while I'm waiting for new big update for Mashinky (which is Diesel era) I really wanted to play a good Transport Tycoon type game. Since Transport Giant is too old now, Railway Empire is meh for me, I went for Transport Fever since it is good and I found like 60% discount so yeah. Right now I'm finishing the campaign mode. The easy US is finished, now the penultimate EU mission is finished, which was to make sure that people will choose TGV over Concorde. So let's follow that train from Paris to Lyon. I hope that Mr. T will be much more satisfied with brakes Once I'll finish the campaign it will be choo choo in the free mode.
  4. Can you say "brand new" for item that was made like 20 years ago? Or was it really made this year? In the first case shouldn't the correct word be "in mint condition" ?
  5. Yeah it's mostly for the screenies rather than video footage, but hey it's just for show.
  6. Using that new feature I give you another ride. Last one was from early era Steam trains, now for the fastest Steam train there is the Southern Pacific class GS-2
  7. So with one of the updates, they have added option to take snazzy pictures. Still now new eras though
  8. Wish I did not throw away that CD where I had pirated copy of X-COM Apocalypse. Reading from the desciption I guess it was Beta 2 because I remember having issues with it. Either the AI turn did not end or it had DOS4GW crash. It also was a version where you could buy Mind Shield and every buyable item was on the market despite being unvailable from the start like the Marsec Armor or plasma gun, also the Retribution missile had unlimited ammo.
  9. I suggest checking Zombies X-COM collection, maybe he has a mention about such versions.
  10. I think it also depends how the soldier gets other skills. Just sum all the skills you raise by combat divide with the number after which you get HP increase and there you have it.
  11. Yep, afterall, ACC, AP, Energy can be trained and HP increases with them so a healthy soldier can reach full HP just by training those stats, no need to train reflex later just to have 100HP soldier when you will be using heavy weapons either way.
  12. I wanted to answer you that, but I wasn't sure you were serious there. Maybe GMG thinks you are as poor as a Mexican?
  13. Stop hiding you're age? You're not 16 anymore.
  14. Recruit soldiers with highest HP, after all accuracy can be trained
  15. You never know how creepy SV can be After all he is having his eye on you
  16. And thus ends the life ot the Wizards of the cost again. The psionic tower was assaulted by a three man squad, well 2 men and one robot. It all went nice, but we almost lost Ivan Dogovich, because I've equipped a modded gun, that did not have modded proper detection range for the reapers. And for the final mission I've sent the best of the best. Shame that only 6 men still and I had to leave 2 of you behind. So to the waterworld went: Me (of course), Sunflash, Zombie, Tycho, SV, Hobbes. And I rushed this so fast that I forgot to equip medikit for Zombie. Bah, medikits who needs them. In any case. The beginning is not changed except there is no useless chatter that was in the vanilla. Generally the path is the same except the end. This time once you reach the final corridor and defeat the Gatekeeper pod you are transported to the next chamber through loading screen. Then there is as usual the fight against 3 avatars with that chatter about peace and stuff. The first avatar went down in first turn, then we had to fight 6 faceless. No big deal, SV soften them up with faceoff and Sunflash with Reaper finished them off. The next wave with avatar #2 were 2 berserkers and 2 mutons and 3 chryssalids. It is there that Zombie was wounded by a Muton because he failed to do a barrel roll otherwise this would be a flawless mission (Zombie you're fired). The second avatar was killed by Hobbes planting a Claymore and performing a deadeye shot. The next wave was a brutal of 3 Andromedons. And when Avatar #3 spawned we only focus fire him, with SV finishing him with fan fire. And there you have it. I don't know where those 2 failed missions are. It's a mystery because this time I haven't lost anything. Neither I have lost 56 soldiers but only 2. As for outro, we have the standard and for each faction. Reapers: return home. Skirmishers: an Advent officer with few troops comes, the leader welcomes them, then they drop down the weapons and take of their helmets. Templars: This is rather big one. They come to the place on surface supposedly where the waterworld was, drawn by some "force" stating that The Real war begins. Presumably foreshadowing XCOM 3. And speaking of the XCOM 3 - I sort of think that the Skirmishers (or ex-ADVENT) are/will be the predecessors of the Mutant Alliance from X-COM Apocalypse.
