Innocuous

I've returned to this game after a time off and have been running it on a Windows 7 machine. The problem I've been having is I cannot seem to patch it to 1.1 and have it start. I seem to remember patching it before on my old rig and having not issues. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I am having trouble with the Diehard mod, it locks up whenever starting missions. I've tried adding it with the custom came menu and with addmod. When added with addmod to a gave saved during a mission it works fine until it gets to the start of the next mission then locks right at the begining of the mission. Any ideas? Thanks.

Leaving covertly is odd because this mission is the only place I've run across the mechanic. You go out the window(door?) and force your character to jump off the terrace to the ground, sometimes it takes a few tries.

I've had this problem as well, but did not attempt to track down the process. I just notice that my sniper with "Always inflict ranged critical" would for periods of time not inflict any. Definately makes taking out PK's more work, not to mention impossible to get beam PK's. I'm not that keen on PK's though.
