Since this thread is up i might as well ask another question in hopes that someone will help I love the sniper class, I heart snipers in general but the snipers in s2 suck with a capital S. how would i go about making them much better as in "one shot one kill" or two shots would i increase there dexitirity? or alter the weapon stats or the sniper himself? Thanks!

Hi man, I haven't tested this stuff but if you have time/interest then... 1) Open Animations table 2) Go to 'directory' All Animations > Characters > HumanSkeleton > Weapons 3) Edit* animations (see below how to): - MachineGun > Stand > Attack > Sp_Down, Sp_Front, Sp_Start, Sp_Up - MachineGun > Crouch > Attack > Sp_Down, Sp_Front, Sp_Start, Sp_Up - SubMachineGun > Stand > Attack > Sp_Down, Sp_Front, Sp_Start, Sp_Up - SubMachineGun > Crouch > Attack > Sp_Down, Sp_Front, Sp_Start, Sp_Up *) Open animation, remove "v-mark" from the Animation flags window's Class slot (you can see that only Soldier Classes are marked) THEN open all other MachineGun/SMG animations (in the same directories!) and add "v-mark" to Soldier Class slot also (other classes are already marked). Now all classes should use same automatic weapon's attack animations(?). Maybe you need to do some extra editing but I think not. Note: Test this carefully! (maybe first with some new test database or at least make a backup copy from your orginal mod's database). Hopefully this is the solution for ya but I can't be sure because I haven't tested this. Morje! I could not get it to work i spent about 45 minutes trying to alter it. But in the end i did stop the axis soldier class from firing there weapon sideways now they dont aim at all lol they fire it in the idle position rofl. Im kinda confused as that should have worked it just makes sense! where every other class was maked i maked the soldier where the other class's werent makred i Unmarked the soldier maybe that was wrong on my part. But i did do everything you said in your post, thanks for the help!
  3. I got the S2 editor to work, had something to do with the SQL server. anyways, I was wonder how i would go about changing the axis soldiers class skeleton so i can get rid of the soldiers holding there weapon sideways when firing. soo could someone be nice enough to tell me what i need to do?
  4. I have done everything possible man, i did "build" the mod soo to my knowledge i have done everything possible to get it to work, and it does show up in custom games but they squad members just dont show up with the new skins. And i dont have sentinels, just S2.
  5. Since i am unable to do what i want with the editor as the changes i made just do not work in the game. So i was wondering if someone could make this mod for me if they dont mind What i want done is OR should be fairly simple i want 5 of the squad mates skins changed or models, i would like reggie, fritz, and Ollie's model to be changed to the German Field Agent, and there helmet to be of the german elite, there both very easy to find. Then i would like Axel's, and Gari's model to be changed the normal german elite model with the german elite helmet. If somone could do this for me i would love you forever (a platonic love ) I really dont think it should take more than 15 minutes or less to do this, so thanks
  6. Im kind of new to silent storm, and even newer to the editor im trying to switch the axis and allies squad mates to different models and such so i can get a better experience from the game. Im trying to change my squad mates model or uniform into the same, into the woodland camo type uniform also called german elite in the editor or something like that, i get the mod to appear in my custome games option, but it just wont work in the game, do i have to edit something else to make this mod work? please give me some help
  7. Hello everyone, im REALLY new to silent storm, 3 day! whoo hoo! But ive noticed a really annoying bug/glitch on the german soldiers just the soldier class for the germns (or axis only played germans so far) they hold there weapon sideways while firing, with the MP40 it looks kinda cool, but its really annoying now, and im wondering if theres a way to fix it. ive applyed the 1.2 patch but it still does it, is this just me or does anyone else have this problem? I apologize for spelling, its almost 3 in the morning thanks for any help!
