Well the critical wont necessarily do more damage if you hit a hand or leg... But the critical always causes one of those special effects (bleeding and such) At least it seems to work for me... One of my finest shots was a snipe on a PF enemys arm in the middle of a group on the German factory mission, that ended up taking out quite a few of those renegades.

It doesnt work for me either. It just loads for ages and when I ctrl+alt+del the task manager shows it isnt responding. Might be a Win 98 issue or my firewall.
