It's happened a few times, but it's always funny... Having a room occupied by one or more enemies, I've thrown in a grenade through one window, waited for the blast and seen an enemy body fly out of another window. A sort of "ouch" moment was also when I shot an enemy in a watch tower, from which he tipped over backwards, fell down, crotch-first, on a barbed-wire fence. Ouch.

I had an interesting event in this mission myself. I had been through it on the Axis side, and was playing on the Allied side this time. Knowing that the whole place was going up, I had my scout ranging all around alone, gathering stuff and killing enemies when neccessary. However... he was too good. -_-' He killed everybody so stealthily that there never was an alarm, and therefore, the factory commander never appeared! I lost that objective, but fortunately it's not a critical one...

"I mean you no harm!" Yes, I'm sure that you emptied the clip at me just as a gesture of friendship...

I only managed two from a similiar situation. I had four people all lined up nicely, my scout in the perfect position with a sniper rifle, but two of the enemies were weaker (engineers, this was a random encounter) and unfortunately died before the two soldiers... Ah, well, there's always next time...
