i am playing medium difficulty, but I just hate short games as Max Payne, pirates of caribbean, MOHAA and some games what you can call. I hope this game is very modiable? Can add new maps, weapons, new story after end? (I don't want play this game overagain! i already seen everything!) I really like games as Morrowind (very modiable!) Final fantasy 7/8. because you can play long as you want whitout come to the end. and of course X-COM UFO Enemy Unknow! i played it till i am stuck but no the end too quick. I am bit unhappy with this game now (I was not till i saw the end.) I am thinking about to uninstall this game till I can buy add-ons or more mods. fair to say when i was young I never buy very many games but did warez(20 diskettes for a game lol) till last year I've job so have money enough but I feel sorry I wasted my all money for Halo, Pirates of caribbean, Call of duty (but it's very nice) and this game but they way too short or sucks! I better try game first then buy

SPOILER- I had builded a spaceship to travel to Moon to kill some aliens to stop invasion. but I still not go yet, but is this a last mission? I hope so its not otherwise this game is too SHORT!

uh that sound very easy!! even if my 3 mens have heavy armors, if they go near the gate, they die by 2 or more rockets! I'd even split my team in 3 groups. I still tried near everything :S but still no luck, this mission is DAMN TOO HARD!!!!! maybe it's because my players level about 10 is too low but I can never get more then 4 soldiers alive till the gate of base. I tried sneak strategy too, go to very west with team then break a wall, it seems be luck but after go across the wallline KABOOOM 2 rockets!! it's 5th day long I'm stuck with this mission

hehe, 4 days ago I began with russian mission, still no lucky!. even I tried every weapons!!( i've very much big arsenal weapons!) every time I start then aliens already fired 3 rockets to my team at one time! even no chance to start fair. but 2 times ( all players've laser rifles ) I won, but lost whole team except only 1 player! then I go to in the base, but he die after a few minutes after meeting with aliens again. :S. better have more then 4 players go attack in the base. I tried to cheat but don't work cause no console keys!! i tried every keys i'm very unlucky boy, now I go try again.

pleaaassee reply my post, I want to get research base, but how?? I already did complete area51base.

I've completed area 51 too, much aliens found us! but they'all die, my team only 2 die. but my question is, it's normal that after win that mission get a Research Base? I've nothing happen, even no anything about the file/mission-item that we captured. I still cannot research anything cause no resarch base.

my team is just simple and always works 4 players with alien laser rifles because it's fast/longrange rifle with higher damage try imagine that, 4 laser rifles shoot on one alien after a few shots he''s die it's good for both close or far combat 1 player with that special shotgun that does damage of 900 (forgot a name, but it's standard human wep.) ít've very bad range, but very high damage. 1 RPG for blow everyting or a group aliens up. sniper rifles suck! it's poor weapon because alien come almost always near my players, sniper weapons is not a good combatweapon in emegrency. it's because FIREPOWER!!

so this is UK version, not a EU version right? tnx anyway

I bought UFO aftermath!! (but don't work anymore grrrrr !!!!!!!!but still working on) How do I know which version this is? I bought it in holland, so it must be EU version but here is no patch for EU! Can I use UK patch for EU? how do I see at box which it is EU or UK? (this game is not in shops yet in Holland, but shop specially preorder it for me so maybe UK??) plz help me quick, i have it 3 days but nothing play!! can't wait

very strange, every time it stop, I've the orinigal, but after installation it runs fine, after stop the game, then start again, then works nothing!!! install it again, then it work again, but after stop game then..... work nothing!!!

the demo (damn this game not bought yet!, release dates later and later 3,7,13,15,16,17 oct!!:devil: ) install fine, start/load up fine and very fast, strategy missions works fine too but while gaming about 10 minutes then my computer suddenly restart, it's 4th times now, why????? plz help me to solve (probaly this problem is too with full version UFO?) amd athlonxp 2600+ 512 ddrram geforce 4 ti4200 128 mb winXP pro

wtf damn i went to shops they said it's at 15 oct now, damn first 3 oct then 7 then 10 now 15! tering I had work very fast for nothing, freed my harddrive more space up so deleted some games with saves for nothing too. :devil: no great weekend! ??? anyone from holland or belguim've this copy already? ? ?

in Netherlands they release at 10 oct too, so tommorow! I'll work so fast as possible so i am ready sooner then go to buy it from store and play the whole (free) weekend!

hey peeps, i go to hunt UFO: A today!, i'll go check whole shops in city with my bike. of one shop i know they've it at 7 oct, but who know elsewhere have an uk version . if i see it gimme it inmiddelate, no need to think over choose between halo, etc, i take ufo!

I just already read it, There is not so much spoilers, most story that i read is about same as game of X-com:enemy unknow(defend), I'm sure that fans of xcom games can be in game in very fast time , 4 days to go for release in holland :hmmm:

it is very very pity! one of funniest things of that good old xcom games is blowing the building up. if there is too many brainsuckers or too strong aliens, then i just put strongest explosive so building collapse then is everything almost dead. I hope Afthermath don't miss a thing too, a special grenade launcher that grenade can float to direction as you want with your remote and such more things.
