In every mission I get wounded ailens but nothin happens... I ve got every thin in the worlds map n I cleared up the biomass but I cant make any progress

I ve got all 60 bases and I 've cleaned up 90 percent of biomass but thats it I cant make any progress ... And also I cant develop new researches there are only 4 researches left.But I cant develop'em can it be the reason I have to research queen's Lair Reticulan debriefing growth theory of biomass(can be wrong) I cant remembver the last one and how can ı find reticulan generals It says that in order to make researches I have to contact with their generals HELP ME !!! :devil: :devil:
