Ooh, teh screens are pretty and shiny. Yah, I like the look of it ('specially the boots on the power armor ). I REALLY like the worldmap, and base screens. Uhg, well...that was a kinda' useless post.

Yes, that could make for a good midgame storyline. Like if you somehow reach a cease fire with the aliens so that you both can try to eliminate a bigger threat to both of you; and the aliens with the nova bomb are controlled by a group of those brainguythings, who want nothing less than the complete destruction of the Sol system. Even if it costs their entire race's existance in the end.

That is so cool. I'd buy the books just to have my own print version of the UFOpedia.

Ok It's lets say 150 years after Apocalypse and Humanity has spread across the 'lower' portion of our galactic arm. X-COM has become more promenent than ever because the aliens have once again begun to invade. Only this time, it's all or nothing for them. You see there is a seemingly endless multitude of oter alien forces in the galaxy. All of them fighting over the recorces necessary to support a vast intersteller society. Now X-COM has been called upon once again to protect all of humanity from enslavement and death at the hands of a dying race. So, basic plot, check. The gameplay would have both space combat and ground, and sea, and air. The combat system I would want is like the one in Combat Mission (I love Tigers). The rest of the game would be stuff your used too (base building, research, funding, recrutment, ect.), and the sort of stuff that should have been in Apocalypse. So, what 'cha think?

Ahh yes for the simple joys of playing games like Space Quest and Commander Keen. I wish that I could actualy remember how to use DOS again (and that more people would actualy be able to understand how their computors work).

Dose anyone here know where I can get X-COM for a ,erm, how to put it, recent computor. The only version I have is an old MS DOS version and the only computors that run in my house do not function well at all in DOS.
