If they can run and shoot I keep them, and if they get psi-controlled, they get a nice hole in the forehead. (I screen the folks with heavy plasmas or blaster bombs for PSI strength, but not the grunts, which minimizes collateral damage until I can plug them in the head/prime all their grenades and run them into the middle of the enemy UFO)

Grenades. Lots and lots and lots of grenades. Alien Grenades are always my first UFO tech researched, and for some reason most terror sites have huge gaping holes in the terrain when I leave :angel:
