has anyone knocked up any mods for h&s yet, other than the uniform change one?

 

seeing as everyone has been having so many problems with the game reverting to the 'short-cutoff ending' and such, i'm suprised noone hasnt added a mod which eases or fixes this.

 

if you know of any mods, please post here!

In common - more enemies, more hm... informative records on journal (on russian :lovetammy:), customization of sellers stuff, some cosmitic changes. Author planning to add one new zone in future release.

2) HSSongs, mod, which adding some songs to radio (instead noises).

To install: unpack to game directory. You don't need apply this mod with game menu or HSAddMod, it applying automatically.

Description

 

The mod is destined for those who have already completed the game.

To install the mod copy the archived files to the root directory of the game. There are two directories into the archive:

HSMod

scripts

Then load the game, attach the mod, and start new campaign. (I advise you to play on 3.10 difficulty level or higher).

 

Mod changes.

 

1. Difficulty level of the game and start level of a main hero are recorded in the game register.

2. New time-depending records in the game register:

time for the convoy

time for a terrorist act

time for "Thor's Hammer" Base

time for The Enemy's Den

3. There are more enemies in the first reinforcement and one more reinforcement in the beginning of the game. Difficulty level is above the average.

4. Sanders model has been changed.

5. The Convoy. Woman's uniform's been changed.

6. EXP. is given for the evidences removing from the Water Scoop and the record is made in the register.

7. More enimies on "Thor's Hammer" Base.

8. More enimies in the ambush in Gaffburg and in the Hamlet.

9. New formula for game rating. Now actions of the rest members of the party are included.

10. More enemies at the Aerodrome. And some other minor changes.

11. More weapons in stores. Most weapons are Soviet.

12. Karma is showed in gamer's statistics.

Current karma in main hero's statistics instead of Allies killed.

Maximum karma in main hero's statistics instead of How many times hit allies.

ATTENTON: for update you will need to open the inventory screen.

13. Attention. After the ambush in Gaffburg go up to Henry, talk to him and then he'll start to sell weapons too. (Provided that you have traded with Conrad).

14. Enemys have been added to location The Brandling's Den (Entrance). It's hard to go through it alone.

 

There are also some imperceptible changes.

i had a problem with this mod. after killing the guys who came back after the 5 minute waiting, on gaffburg, the radio never appeared.

 

this was using no other mods.

After killing the guys whait for 5 minutes more. Another group of guys will come. Kill then and you will get the radio.

The are two groups of gues you have to kill. Only then will you get the radio.

i don't know... maybe i was just spoilt in s2 and s3... but why does everything in hammer and sickle have to be ridiculously vague?

 

and why does this mod continue the trend?

I found an error in MOD (after the ambush in Gaffburg Anry have to trade weapons, but the game hangs up)

If you didn't play it yet, please update MOD

If you already play MOD and don't want to replay, do the following:

 

1. Open file "\cfg\ s3autoexec.cfg" in console

2. Find string

//wirbelwind

and remove "//"

3. Load the game

3. Before talking to Anry open console (use key "`") and write (case sensitive)

Script on the TH base's been corrected. Download the renewed mod. Replace the old one and begin with the save before the first visit to the TH base. I make my apologies for the inconveniences.
