  1. What i really love is when u tell your guys to pick up an item in a crate, and he walks to it, CLOSES the crate, climbes up and magically beams the item into his backpack! Congratulations, Mr. Copperfield
  2. @ shard: Thats exactly what I did ( I think there is another thread where Biggles helped me..) but the huge explosion did NOT reach the two safes where the documents are locked. So I was able to finish it (lucky me) This brings up another question... What if you cant complete a mission(I mean: can't reach all objectives), but still keep playing other missions? Will there be another lead, or is the game running into a dead end, like UFO:TftD did sometimes ? I blew up this officer i was supposed to rescue last time, but i...well...didn't care that much  Yama
  3. I think so...i hab to find documents in there...and i didn't find any special weapons...besinde a truckload of mines. And the UFO mission...its not that rare at all...comes up every minute or so in my game...got three of those laser-MGs out...with them, the rest of the game is almost to easy..
  4. Hey, Karnaaj, you're a madman  But i noticed too that the civ's can reveal you and ruin every attempt to sneak. Can't imagine that though: I'm here to rescue those poor people, and they scream an shout "Mr Bad-guy, look, there's a man looking like a plant with this funny metal-and-wood-stick pointed right at your head!". They even followed my mainchar. Looked pretty funny: My sniper crouching in the bushes, accompanied by three chrouching civilians, which occasionally got hit by the brits.  But I never killed one myself ... I'm too nice for war Yamagata
  5. Oh, i use the PKs on the random encounters...makes them a real piece of cake (ok, a little boring too, I admit). But some of my pks catching dust in the garage, cause without bullets... :? I will come up with an exact list of the ammo i'm missing in the evening...maybe that helps thx anyway
  6. Ok, got a stupid question that fits here best: Ähm, looks like my team @ the homebase ran out of magicians, because i DONT get any ammo Ok, the energyclips are there (even the little ones, since I found this Prototypegun ) and of course i got mauserclips en mass (i'm Axis). But all the other types (THO-gatlingguns, those red grenade-clips and the mortars, even the Axismortas) are not. Last night I realized that the UFO-mission appears many times in switzerland (hey, i live next to the swizz border but never saw one of those  ), if you are patient enough, so i can get a good ammount of ammo there, but thats time consuming :? Does anyone know how I can "grow" my own ammo? BTW: I know the function of the "Restock"-button...at least I think I do. Thx Yama
  7. Hmm, I almost gave up...no katana for poor ol' Yama Those guys seem to hide so well that even the random encounter is invisible to me But maybe it's related to my patch. I got the german version 1.11, and read about changes for the random encounters above...but i'm lvl 13+, so i think i could handle those guys...could it be that Nival screwed this up? Or maybe i'm simply not patient enough...I'll try again tomorrow...6times the same mission is a bit boring though... Yama
  8. Yeah, they do...but they're marked as enemys. It felt a little strange to shoot at an old lady, but since she fired first... Found her in Britian, the map with the street, two houses and a bar (ok, the bar i visited isn't there anymore  ) Yama
  9. Hmm...I've been searching for these guys for some time now without any luck. You mentioned northern Britian...I've got Britain and Scotland on my map...so you mean Scotland, right? I want that sword  Greetings from KillBill... Yama
  10. Yeah, they treat unconcious people like shit  I once had to throw a body down one floor (blew up the stairs  ). I shot a hole in the floor, stepped to the edge and "put the body down". My medic crushed not only the window with his head, but also smashed a door to splinters  Yes, they are my men ... so proud  Yama
  11. Yeah, it worked, got as many new PK's as possible Thx guys. One thing: @Alaeth...I distracted the boss with my scout in one of the terrorists PK's, and he blew the hell outa me...than i quickly changed to the one I brought with me, and he still hit me hard...but it looks like he's unable to hit a target right in front of him.... 8) änänän Thx to all Yama
  12. Spoilers incl: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Ok, that should be enough. Hi Im kinda stuck in that russion PK-factory. I don't know if this question was already answerd (if so, sorry), but i need some help. I read some posts were players had stolen the Pks from this mission, but after trying serveral times, i gave up. Situation: I found all the infos, i killed all the bad guys, and the only PK still moving is the Boss. It says I need him alive, but shooting him out of the PK seems to work good. I picked him up, and ran like hell...i hardly managed to get to the edge in time. After pressing "Leave" the mission seemed to be a success, but how on earth could i get the boss-PK out in time? After everthing blows up, the game ends, and i found no way to prevent the selfdestruction once the Commander is "switched out". Any help u can give me? P.S.: isn't that game great...? I' lovin' it... Yamagata
