capture a life transgenant and.... http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/5364/nicefi5.th.jpg ..throw it into the water? Two missions later my path blocked by a car and a motorcycle. Again on a capture mission. http://img439.imageshack.us/img439/6131/nice2wv2.th.jpg I've never had this happen to me in my previous games.
I just love the 1400x1050 res. I only had to increase the font size in firefox a bit and of course it makes everything on my other monitor look really vague.
hate me if you must , but I'm kinda looking forward to Spiderman 3. Bought part 1 & 2 on dvd last week and watched them again. Still think they're great.
/me realizes he's bringing up a really old topic anyways: I managed to get ufo aftermath running on linux. Just by copying it from my windows drive and using standard wine to run it. There are two things that bug me though. 1. I don't have a mouse cursor except for the square cursor on the ground in tactical missions. 2. The screen is a little off centre, slightly to the right which bugs me too. Anyone know how to fix that?
Since I was posting a screenshot of my desktop on some other forum and I'm curious what the average ufo/x-com player's desktop looks like, I decided to create this topic My desktop http://img239.imageshack.us/img239/5442/screenshot528jv.th.png For the n3rds among us: slackware 10.1 with the xfce window manager's default theme xmms mp3 player gnome-terminal coss the xfce terminal just sucks
