This must be super pressure to deliver fuel in such short time. Or I just simply don't know how tanking F1 works.

 

Not an expert on F1/NASCAR pitstops etc, but in cases like this it probably isn't a full refuel. Most likely it's a few gallons and that's it as there really isn't time to pump larger quantities of fuel. It's more of a strategy determining when to make a pit stop, how long to stay, what work will be done. Fuel pumps can pump incredible amounts in a short time though. I've seen clips of terrible fires breaking out after the nozzle wasn't seated correctly and the fuel spillled and was ignited by the car. Scary stuff. ;)
