A horrible loss to his friends and family and to the gamers everywhere when someone as well known and respected as Mr. Satoru Iwata dies. While many of us may not be fans or like Nintendo, there is no doubt his influence alone has impacted every person who has played a video game in the last 15 years in one way or another. Many people criticized him for not showing up at the 2014 E3 event. Claiming it was the "financial" debacle of the WiiU and that he used this excuse as a means to excuse himself from attending.

This particular news hits home with me, my mother who is 3 years older than Satoru Iwata is having the same health issues (bile duct growth). This coming week is yet again, another test for her. I don't want anyone here at S.C. to give me sympathy, but the news of his death and my moms condition...it breaks my broken heart.

@NoX: life is a fleeting thing. Feels even more so when so much was yet to be given. I hope all goes well with your mother.

Kinda sad...I'm not one of those who would crucify Peter on sight, I never thought he would fuck it all up on purpose. Naturally, that was the last of his games I've kicked, I'm not a charity institution. Still, I hold no grudge. And I hope this guy will be able to set things straight.
