It's called X-Commandos, and it's an X-Com inspired top-down turn-based strategy game for iPhone. Below are some screenshots and a few short movies that show a small bit of gameplay. The full game will feature plenty of missions, lots of weapons and body implants, research tree, etc. etc. I expect it to be ready at the end of Q1 2010, but we all know how deadlines work.
