Biggles
I haven't actually heard of sound problems before, but it may be a memeory issue. Ho wmuch memory does your machine have? In an interview I read with the devlopers one of the things they stated was that more than anything else this game needs memory. Also, while you are at it, perhaps list your machine specs here: OS, Sound Card, Video, CPU etc etc

Guest Anonymous
I don't have weapon sounds either. It seems like people with audigy2 can't get sfx.

Biggles
Ok, a lot of discussion has occured on teh official forums about sound problems. Most people were able to fix it by downloading a codec pack which did a complete REMOVAL of all current codecs and then re-installs the ones included in the pack. Because of this the suspicion is that ot is a conflicting codec somewhere. Anyway I can't find th ethread right now, but I suggest doing a search on the word codec at the Nival forum, that should get the corect thread. Another thread with tips for Audigy users is: https://forum.nival.com/showthread.php?s=&t...&threadid=22277
