Space Voyager
On Saturday a group of friends - some 16 adults and several children - gathered on a quest to roast a piglet. This was the anniversary third gathering and I finally roasted it juuuuuust right. Crispy all over. Skin of salty crackers. On previous attempts I was simply too cautious and roasted it too slow, so when the time came to take it off (people were hungry...) it was edible and all, but only partially crispy. This time I gathered the courage and put another log to the fire. https://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b348/SpaceVoyager/Za%20net/Odojek1_zps45d7661e.jpg https://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b348/SpaceVoyager/Za%20net/Odojek2_zps79bd4f9a.jpg

Space Voyager
Oh, it sure lost a lot of weight. While roasting, he he he! Ehm.
Space Voyager
BTW, the whole feast cost 7€ per adult person with ALL food and more included (piglet, vegetables, bread, plastic plates...). Each brought his/her own drink. Anyway, if you go to an inn and order a portion of a roasted piglet, you'll be paying for 1/4 of the piglet.
