0 penalties and high marks tactics in mission

When I entered the building, the first I would do is to set up all the unit to aggresive mode and I would assign them to balance group ( which I would set up the psi-attackers, the heavy weapon attackers, and the stunner attackers) I would save the game at first and then use my troops to explore the map and then load the game back. By sending the stunner group to a goupr of aliens that I have not research, I would then send the other unit to other location (that prefered). And then the big party begin.... :)

Always load back the game once there are penalty, or at least sent out the units out of the battle field once their pulse is about to lose. Avoid explosive because it will destroy the valuable weapon on ground (unless you throw unactive dinamites and high explosives all over the ground near the hostile hide out, and blow it out to see a very big fire around your enemies, then it would be fine for you)

One of the best thing to do is to assign one of the aliens in the XCOM troops and then watch for anthropoid shoot some plasma on other anthropoid. :)
