Who knows what is starting offset of sequence (research tree - NOT default.research.dat)? and what is latest offset of it? and what is structure of it briefly?

I have found research tree in TFTD with Seb76's help. It begins at offset 48500 (hex). Though my knowledge's assembler isn't great, now I can do some changes in it.
