Is there a way to have the board stop launching new windows on all the external links? I'd prefer to stay in control of my browsers and organize sites that I am doing stuff in, in my head. It'd be ok if it at least checked if tabs are enabled (on browsers that supprt that) and toss it into a new tab. I'd really prefer to just pass through unhindered.

Unfortunately it's a feature of the software and not one that can be changed easily.

 

Also, there's no web code (yet... IE7 will have tabbed browsing so something may come of this) that will open links in a new tab. I suggest right-clicking external links and clicking "Open in a new tab" manually assuming you're using Firefox. Becomes second nature after a while
