Help making a tiny mod!

Hello all! Great site here.

 

I need a bit of help making a tiny mod. I haven't a clue where to begin, but I am convinced that my mod idea can't take more than 5-10 minutes to make.

 

I want to do precisely three things:

 

a) Save any time I want in hard difficulty

 

B) lower the enemies VP Coeff in HARD difficulty to be closer to the VP Coeff in normal difficulty

 

c) change the nicknames of all 20 Axis agents

 

Anyone care to help? I promise sugar and sweets for any who can lend a hand. :wink:

 

I just don't know where to start with the editor, and I haven't got the time to really digest and dig through the documentation included.
