One of my snipers is using the silenced 98 (the one moving in team with my scout), the other the SV40 (for the real firepower). Nothings worse than running out of ammo, and only getting a shot or two with your next turn. Arvid is using a Mosin... Small clip, but nice damage... Louis Posted January 15, 2004 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 Try Mg42 for firepower and G41W(?) as a sniper rifle. It has a 10 round magazine and uses the same ammo as the LMG. Can be reloaded from the MG42 boxed ammo. Makes life simple. Only need to carry a few cartridge belts for all my ammo needs. Whats more there's always plenty of it lying around to pick up as well!
