Problems with panzerkleins

Hi everybody!

I do have a problem:

After solving this bloody Ural mission where you first get these Panzerklein's i returned to base and tried to install other weapon mounts in the power armor but it did not work. How do i change the weapons of the P-A's?

And does anybody else have the problem of gamecrush when he enters the repair facility in the hangar with his Power armor?

Someone eludes to doing this on a post somewhere... so how do you swap them out?

Some PK weapons are specific to certain types/country of origin.
