Frustration

Ok I know this sounds like a broken record but the game gets unberable after Krasnoyarsk. To sum things up in as little words as possible: crammed corridors in ufos/bases or great fields + alien rocket launchers/microslugaccelerators = my squad dead.I had the best armor u could tech for at the time (sun armor) and g11/awp all the way (grenade launchers too). THIS SUCKS! Anyone has a strategy to beat that post here (not just the base mission but all out anti rocket launcher tactic!)

1. which difficulty level do you play?

 

2. against rocketlaunchers in open fields? Sniperrifles, shot 1x an then run some meters and shot again.

 

3. in rooms: if you dont see the aliens throw some grenades in all directions from the start (they are limitless) if you see them, then run directly towards them, if you are too close they dont shot and you can kill them easyly. and if 1 hits - that won't kill your team...

depends on the difficulty level. In normal difficulty gatling guns are your friend

 

psi projectors inside bases, fun to take over those bogeys and have them shooting themselves

I have completed teh game in hard, and gatlings are the only way to go. I only got two though, and ran out of ammo all the time, so it was a bit hard. most of my other guys had sniper guns..
